Pneumatic Actuator

Jeongdo Machinery’s pneumatic actuators are available in two types: JS Series (Scotch Yoke type) and JR Series (Rack & Pinion type).
Both models are offered in Double Acting and Single Acting configurations to meet various system requirements.
JS Series (Scotch Yoke Type)
Designed for high-torque applications, this model delivers superior torque performance, particularly during initial breakaway and seat separation.
JR Series (Rack & Pinion Type)
A simple structure that offers uniform torque output, making it ideal for various automation systems.

Actuation Modes

Double Acting
Enables bi-directional operation, providing fast and precise valve control.
Single Acting
Operates with air pressure in one direction and spring return in the other, ensuring safe operation in emergency situations.

Accessories (Brand Customizable)

Solenoid Valve : Enables remote control via electrical signal.

Limit Switch Box : Detects valve open/close positions and provides status signal output.

Air Filter Regulator : Regulates air pressure and removes foreign particles for clean operation.

Positioner (Optional) : Precisely controls valve position in response to control signals.

Speed Controller : Adjusts piston movement speed for optimal system response.

Declutch Gear : Enables manual override, used during maintenance or emergency conditions.

Silencer : Reduces exhaust noise, improving the working environment.
