Manual Actuators

Jeongdo Machinery provides customized operator solutions optimized for valve size, operating conditions, and pressure requirements. In particular, the gear box for sizes 32mm to 300mm is manufactured from aluminum alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

All bolts used in the gear box assembly are made of stainless steel, enhancing durability and corrosion protection. In addition, waterproof packing is applied to all key connection points—including the body-shaft interface, worm gear section, and other critical gaps—to prevent water ingress and ensure outdoor durability even in harsh environments.

A visual indicator is mounted on the gear box, allowing easy ON/OFF position monitoring from a distance.

- Lever
  
  Ergonomically designed for superior grip and handling comfort, the lever features a 7-position locking mechanism to prevent misoperation and ensure stable and reliable control.
- Lever(With Limit Switch)
  
  This fire protection lever is equipped with a limit switch to indicate the valve's open or closed position.
  It features an ergonomic design that provides an exceptionally comfortable and secure grip.
- Gear
  
  Manufactured from aluminum alloy, the gear is Light-weight and produced through Investment casting to minimize backlash.
- Gear(with Lock Device)
  
  This gear box is equipped with a lock device to prevent unauthorized operation.
  The locking mechanism allows the user to secure the valve in the desired position, enhancing operational safety.
  Jeongdo Machinery holds a utility model registration for this design.

- Gear(Single Reduction Type)
  
  This is the most fundamental type of gear box.
  The worm gear is precision-cast with high accuracy, effectively minimizing backlash and ensuring reliable performance.
- Gear(With Limit Switch)
  
  This gear box is designed with an integrated limit switch and terminal block, allowing for wiring without disassembly thanks to a top-mounted cap and transparent viewing window to check valve position.

- Gear(Double Reduction Type)
  
  The dual worm gear mechanism allows operation of high-torque valves with minimal effort.
  A plate-type position indicator is included for clear visibility of the valve’s open/close status.
- Chain Wheel
  
  This gear box is equipped with a chain wheel mechanism for operating valves installed at elevated positions.
  The chain length can be customized according to customer requirements.
- Extension Gear
  
  This extension-type gear box is designed to operate butterfly valves installed in low or underground locations, such as storage tanks.
  The extension length can be adjusted to meet specific installation needs.
