Jeongdo Machinery's Concentric Rubber Seated Butterfly Valves are available in Wafer, Lugged, Grooved, and Flanged types, depending on the connection method.
They are designed to suit a wide range of operating conditions and are applicable for various fluids such as water, ultrapure water, oil-free systems, seawater, and chemicals, as well as different pressure requirements.

This Concentric Rubber Seated Butterfly Valve is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The body is tapped to allow Dead-End Service, making it versatile for various installation conditions.

Features and benefits

1. Body
Thread bolt holes are machined to match flange standards, allowing secure tightening from both sides of the pipe.
This design ensures stable installation and makes maintenance easier.
2. Seat

Hard Back Ring structure minimizes seat deformation and enhances sealing performance.

A patented Shock-absorbing ring inside the Back Ring reduces friction during disc rotation, significantly improving sealing and durability. (Patent No. 10-1996560)

3. DISC
Manufactured by Investment casting for a smooth, uniform surface that prevents seat damage.
The hemispherical sealing edge minimizes torque and provides a tight, reliable seal.
4. One-Piece Stem
Rigid structure with minimal deformation under pressure; offers excellent sealing reliability.
5. Bushings & O-Rings
Equipped with O-rings, bushings, and V-packings to prevent shaft leakage.
This secondary sealing system ensures complete isolation between the body and seat.

Easy Maintenance
Allows valve replacement or inspection without full system shutdown, as pressure can be maintained on the opposite side even if one flange is removed.

Dead-End Service
Can be securely installed at the end of a pipeline without additional downstream support, making future line extensions and modifications easier.

Installation Flexibility
Easily integrates with flanged piping systems, and is compatible with various pressure classes and industrial environments, providing wide application versatility.

Reduced Leakage Risk
The precise bolting structure ensures accurate alignment between the valve and the pipeline, significantly reducing the risk of leakage at the connection point for stable system operation.
