Jeongdo Machinery's Concentric Rubber Seated Butterfly Valves are available in Wafer, Lugged, Grooved, and Flanged types, depending on the connection method.
They are designed to suit a wide range of operating conditions and are applicable for various fluids such as water, ultrapure water, oil-free systems, seawater, and chemicals, as well as different pressure requirements.

This Concentric Rubber Seated Valve with flanged connections on both sides of the body is designed for versatile use across various industrial applications.

It offers easy maintenance and delivers excellent sealing performance, even in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

As a flanged type, it provides excellent leak prevention, easy centering and installation, and maintains stability under vibration and pressure fluctuations.

Hard Back Ring structure minimizes seat deformation and enhances sealing performance.

Manufactured by Investment casting for a uniform surface that prevents seat damage.
The hemispherically machined sealing edge reduces torque and ensures a tight, reliable seal.
4. One-Piece Stem
A rigid structure that minimizes deformation under pressure and provides excellent sealing reliability.
5. Bushings & O-Rings
Equipped with O-rings, bushings, and V-packings to prevent shaft leakage.
This secondary sealing structure completely isolates fluid between the body and seat.
