Jeongdo Machinery’s Concentric PTFE Seated Butterfly Valve is designed for use with chemicals, corrosive fluids, and ultrapure water systems, utilizing PTFE material for both the disc and seat to ensure excellent chemical resistance.
Available in Wafer, Lugged, and Flanged types depending on connection requirements.

1. Bushing (4ea)
Reduce torque and absorb shock during stem rotation, ensuring smooth and stable operation.

Equipped with 4 Guide Holes for accurate alignment and easy installation during piping assembly.
4. Wide Sealing Face
The seat features a broad contact surface with the flange, providing structural stability.
It also acts as a gasket, eliminating the need for a separate gasket.
5. Seat
Constructed with PTFE for excellent chemical resistance.
The internal rubber layer supports the PTFE lining, preventing deformation or damage and ensuring reliable sealing performance.
6. Disc
The disc surface is molded with PTFE or PFA, forming a fully integrated structure.
Precision-machined sealing surfaces ensure low operating torque and superior sealing capability.

Easy Maintenance
Allows valve replacement or inspection without full system shutdown, as pressure can be maintained on the opposite side even if one flange is removed.

Dead-End Service
Can be securely installed at the end of a pipeline without additional downstream support, making future line extensions and modifications easier.

Installation Flexibility
Easily integrates with flanged piping systems, and is compatible with various pressure classes and industrial environments, providing wide application versatility.

Reduced Leakage Risk
The precise bolting structure ensures accurate alignment between the valve and the pipeline, significantly reducing the risk of leakage at the connection point for stable system operation.
